    摘要:

    分析“叶绿体色素提取、分离及理化性质鉴定”存在的安全隐患:易燃易爆危化品、易制毒品、强腐蚀性、有毒化学品,并对实验进行了相应的改进: 1) 指导学生检测乙醚中是否存在过氧化物,2)减少易燃易爆品和易制毒品的用量,3)降低强酸、强碱的浓度,4)改用低毒药品替代有毒、易制毒品,尽可能消除爆炸、化学腐蚀性灼伤、中毒、易制毒品流失等隐患,抓实抓细,防患于未然。

    Abstract:

    In this paper, the safety hazards in the experiment “The extraction, separation, and physicochemical properties identification of chloroplast pigments” were analyzed, including flammable and explosive hazardous chemicals, precursor chemicals, highly corrosive and toxic chemicals. Further, the corresponding improvements have been made. It mainly included the following aspects. 1) We guide students to detect whether there is peroxide in ether, 2) reduce the use of flammable or explosive hazardous chemicals and precursor chemicals, 3) reduce the concentration of strong acids and alkali, 4) replace toxic and precursor chemicals with low toxicity drugs, the hidden dangers such as explosion, chemical corrosive burns, poisoning, and the loss of precursor chemical are eliminated as far as possible. We should take concrete measures to prevent problems before they occur.
