    摘要:

    基于非物质文化遗产“湖北黄州蓝靛染色制作技艺”资源,结合现代技术和方法开发了从蓝草中提取靛蓝应用于扎染的应用化学专业综合实验项目。该实验涉及正交实验设计、天然产物提取、表征以及应用,符合高校应用化学类专业实验课程要求,有利于提高学生的实验技能,发展科学思维和创新精神,并能实现知识的转化和应用。该实验项目设计将传统工艺与现代技术相结合,推广非遗文化进校园,以非遗引领文化自信。

    Abstract:

    Based on the resource of "Hubei Huangzhou Indigo Dyeing Craftsmanship", an applied chemistry comprehensive experiment project was developed, which extracts indigo from indigo plants and applies it to tie-dyeing. This experiment involves orthogonal experimental design, extraction of natural products, characterization and application, which meets the needs of experimental teaching for applied chemistry majors in universities. It is conducive to improving students' experimental skills, cultivating their scientific thinking and innovative spirit, and achieving the transformation and application of knowledge. This experimental design combines traditional craftsmanship with modern technology to promote the introduction of intangible cultural heritage into campuses, leading cultural self-confidence with intangible cultural heritage.
