Abstract:Based on the resource of "Hubei Huangzhou Indigo Dyeing Craftsmanship", an applied chemistry comprehensive experiment project was developed, which extracts indigo from indigo plants and applies it to tie-dyeing. This experiment involves orthogonal experimental design, extraction of natural products, characterization and application, which meets the needs of experimental teaching for applied chemistry majors in universities. It is conducive to improving students' experimental skills, cultivating their scientific thinking and innovative spirit, and achieving the transformation and application of knowledge. This experimental design combines traditional craftsmanship with modern technology to promote the introduction of intangible cultural heritage into campuses, leading cultural self-confidence with intangible cultural heritage.
