    教学盲区限制了教师对学生操作的实时监控和有效指导,影响实训教学质量。本文提出了一种基于教学盲区率的岛式布局立柜实训设备评估方法,分析了教师位置、设备数量与教学盲区率的关系。研究选取H高等职业院校电气学院机床电气控制实训室为对象,分析六台和八台柜式设备布局下的教学盲区。结果表明,教师在设备正面指导学生时的教学盲区率最大,而实训室入口和讲台前视野最佳,且设备数量的增加会导致教学盲区率的上升。

    Abstract:

    Teaching blind zones limit the real-time monitoring and effective guidance of teachers to students" operation, which affects the quality of practical training teaching. This paper proposes an evaluation method of island layout stand-up cabinet practical training equipment based on the teaching blind zone rate, and analyzes the relationship between the teacher"s position, the number of equipment and the teaching blind zone rate. The study selects the electrical control training room of machine tools in the electrical college of H higher vocational college as the object, and analyzes the teaching blind zones under six and eight cabinet equipment layouts. The results show that the teaching blind zone rate is the largest when the teacher instructs the students at the front of the equipment, while the entrance of the training room and the view in front of the podium are the best, and the increase of the number of equipment will lead to the increase of the teaching blind zone rate.
