Abstract:Teaching blind zones limit the real-time monitoring and effective guidance of teachers to students" operation, which affects the quality of practical training teaching. This paper proposes an evaluation method of island layout stand-up cabinet practical training equipment based on the teaching blind zone rate, and analyzes the relationship between the teacher"s position, the number of equipment and the teaching blind zone rate. The study selects the electrical control training room of machine tools in the electrical college of H higher vocational college as the object, and analyzes the teaching blind zones under six and eight cabinet equipment layouts. The results show that the teaching blind zone rate is the largest when the teacher instructs the students at the front of the equipment, while the entrance of the training room and the view in front of the podium are the best, and the increase of the number of equipment will lead to the increase of the teaching blind zone rate.
