    高校实验室进行电子和电气类实验时,需要使用示波器对各种电信号进行测量。而通用的实验教学用示波器各测量通道之间不隔离,但多个被测信号之间会出现电气隔离的情况,尤其是在电力电子技术系列课程的实验中,被测信号的基准地存在控制地、驱动地、主回路地等多个电气隔离的测量地区分,如果采用共地的示波器探头同时测量多个非共地信号,严重时会损坏实验设备。本文设计了一套隔离采样装置,与示波器配合,可实现对多个非共地电压信号和电流信号的同步采样。为提高测量精度,隔离采样装置分别对电压采样和电流采样设置了高低信号测量通道,但考虑到该装置应用于高校实验,会出现实验者操作失误导致输入高电压、大电流信号连接到低电压、小电流测量通道的情况,故隔离采样装置设置了超量程保护电路和告警电路。实验结果表明,该隔离采样装置可实现对被测电压、电流信号的隔离同步采样,信号变比与预期一致。

    Abstract:

    In electronic and electrical experiments in university laboratories, the oscilloscope is necessary to be used to measure various electrical signals. The universal experimental teaching oscilloscope does not separate the measurement channels, but there may be electrical isolation between multiple measured signals, especially in the experiments of power electronics technology series courses. The reference ground of the measured signal has multiple electrical isolation measurement areas such as control ground, drive ground, and main circuit ground. If a common ground oscilloscope probe is used to measure multiple non common ground signals simultaneously, it can seriously damage the experimental equipment. An isolation sampling device is designed in this paper, in conjunction with oscilloscope, can achieve synchronous sampling of multiple non common ground voltage and current signals. In order to improve measurement accuracy, the isolation sampling device has set up high and low signal measurement channels for voltage sampling and current sampling respectively. However, considering that this device is used in university experiments, there may be situations where the input high voltage and high current signals are connected to the low voltage and low current measurement channels due to operator errors. Therefore, the isolation sampling device is equipped with over range protection circuits and an alarm circuits. The experimental results show that the isolation sampling device can achieve isolation and synchronous sampling of the measured voltage and current signals, and the signal conversion ratio is consistent with expectations.
