    在这个万事万物不断发展的新时代,要求化学教师在教育教学中要有创新精神,不断改革教育教学质量,以提高学生的动手能力、思考能力及对化学的兴趣。根据新时代的发展和要求,本文以实验为中心,主要是探究哪些植物的花青素能代替中学化学中常见的酸碱指示剂。通过对多种含植物色素较多的植物进行筛选,发现能够代替酸碱指示剂的植物色素有葡萄皮、红菜苔、紫薯。将这三种植物色素用于检测中学常见的酸碱盐溶液的pH,有明显变色效果。植物色素制作的酸碱指示剂不仅可以激发学生对学习的兴趣,转变学生的学习方式和教师的教学方式,还可以简单运用于没有实验条件的乡村中学,促进乡村化学教学的发展。

    Abstract:

    Abstract: In this new era where everything is constantly developing, chemistry teachers are required to have an innovative spirit in education and teaching, constantly reform the quality of education and teaching, in order to improve students'' hands-on ability, thinking ability, and interest in chemistry. This article focuses on experiments and mainly explores which plant pigments can replace common acid-base indicators in middle school chemistry. By screening various plants with high levels of plant pigments, it was found that plant pigments that can replace acid-base indicators include pigments extracted from grape skins, red vegetable moss, and purple potatoes. The use of these three plant pigments to detect the pH of common acidic, alkaline, and salt solutions had a significant discoloration effect. The acid-base indicator made of plant pigments can not only stimulate students'' interest, transform learning methods and teachers'' teaching methods, but also be applied to rural middle schools without experimental conditions. This can promote the development of rural chemistry teaching.
