    摘要:

    水分是生物体生存所必需的物质,水分主要由根系吸收,由体内导管运输到体内需要的地方。传统的探究实验需要至少提前1天以上准备。通过查阅相关文献没有针对水分运输快速检测验证的介绍,使用加压法对本实验进行改进,是以教材实验水分在植物体内的运输途径为原型,在原有实验的基础上进行大胆设计,用一种逆向思维创新方法来当场快速验证植物体内的导管是水分和无机盐运输的途径。叶片的气孔是植物与外界进行气体交换和散失水分的“门户”。在实验中培养了学生创新思维。

    Abstract:

    Water is an essential material for the survival of organisms. Water is mainly absorbed by the root system and transported by the catheter in the body where it is needed in the body. Traditional exploration experiments require a preparation of at least one day in advance. By consulting relevant literature not for water transport rapid test validation, using pressure method to improve this experiment, is the teaching material experiment water in plant transport way as the prototype, on the basis of the original experiment of bold design, with a reverse thinking innovation method to rapid validation on the spot of the catheter is the way of water and inorganic salt transport.
