    摘要:

    高校实验教学存在着实验与理论教学脱节、实验教学与科研和工程应用脱节、教学质量评估困难以及学科交叉和创新能力不足等问题。为了解决高校实验教学当前存在的问题,该文基于组织创新概念,提出了一种高校实验教学总体改革的模式。通过对实验教学的流程优化、组织结构创新以及新技术应用等几个方面的探讨,阐述了较为完整的一种高校实验教学组织创新模式的基本框架。通过这一创新模式,有望进一步发挥高校实验教学组织在实验课程创新、提高实验教学效率、提高实验教学质量以及创新人才培养等方面的作用。

    Abstract:

    There are some problems in the experimental teaching of colleges and universities, such as the separation between experiment and theoretical teaching, the separation between experimental teaching and scientific research and engineering application, the difficulty of teaching quality evaluation, the lack of interdisciplinary and innovative ability. In order to solve the current problems in experimental teaching in Colleges and universities, based on the concept of organizational innovation, this paper proposes a general reform mode of experimental teaching in Colleges and universities. Through the discussion on the process optimization, organizational structure innovation and new technology application of experimental teaching, this paper expounds the basic framework of a relatively complete organizational innovation mode of experimental teaching in Colleges and universities. Through this innovative mode, it is expected to further play the role of experimental teaching organizations in the innovation of experimental courses, the improvement of experimental teaching efficiency, the improvement of experimental teaching quality and the cultivation of innovative talents.
