Abstract:There are some problems in the experimental teaching of colleges and universities, such as the separation between experiment and theoretical teaching, the separation between experimental teaching and scientific research and engineering application, the difficulty of teaching quality evaluation, the lack of interdisciplinary and innovative ability. In order to solve the current problems in experimental teaching in Colleges and universities, based on the concept of organizational innovation, this paper proposes a general reform mode of experimental teaching in Colleges and universities. Through the discussion on the process optimization, organizational structure innovation and new technology application of experimental teaching, this paper expounds the basic framework of a relatively complete organizational innovation mode of experimental teaching in Colleges and universities. Through this innovative mode, it is expected to further play the role of experimental teaching organizations in the innovation of experimental courses, the improvement of experimental teaching efficiency, the improvement of experimental teaching quality and the cultivation of innovative talents.
