Theoretical analysis and Experimental Research on the reaction of sodium peroxide and sulfur dioxide are carried out. Based on the existing research, the experimental device is improved to improve the scientificity and preciseness of the experiment. The reaction products under different conditions were characterized by X-ray polycrystalline diffraction and measured by titration sensor. The results show that the reaction products of sodium peroxide and sulfur dioxide are sodium sulfate and trace sodium sulfite and oxygen.
